2. When will I receive my art?
BUG artwork is packed and shipped with tracking numbers via UPS and USPS. We print on order, which means you will receive your artwork approximately 2-3 weeks after you place your order. It is possible to rush production and delivery, and if you want us to do this for you, we're happy to arrange it. For rush service and any other questions about when to expect your artwork, please feel free to contact us. We're happy to help.
3. I live in or near Portland, Oregon and would like to pick up my art.
Great! Just include a note with your order. We'll refund shipping charges to you and will let you know when your artwork is ready for pickup.
4. What is your return policy?
If you need to return an item and its been less than 30 days, please first contact us for a Return Authorization. Once we receive your item, we will refund your purchase minus shipping costs, provided the artwork is still in its original, excellent condition.
